What payment methods do you accept?

We accept credit, debit and ACH payments. We no longer accept mailed physical checks.

Do you offer payment terms?

Need to split your PO into multiple payments? We are happy to work with you! In most cases a deposit will be required to begin the project and full payment will be required prior to shipping. Payment terms are handled on a case by case basis and should be discussed and finalized prior to submitted a PO to Desk Plants. When will my order arrive?

Orders that require shipping within the U.S. will be delivered within three to five business days, depending on your shipping method. Shipping to countries outside of the U.S. may take up to 14 days. Please get in touch if your order hasn’t been delivered according to the expected timescales, and we will check your order status.

What countries do you ship to?

We ship to most regions worldwide, however, due to local laws and agricultural safety, we can only ship LIVE plants in the US within the lower 48.

How much is shipping?

Shipping costs depend on the item you’ve ordered and the country where it’s being delivered. Typically, if we are shipping your PO on our shipping account you can expect the following ranges. We can, however, ship on your organizations account if rates are better.

Can I track my order?

Yes. We’ll provide updates at every stage of your order, from the moment you place it, through to despatch and delivery. Tracking will be provided to you upon creation.

What is this mossy stuff in my plant?

Our top concern is making sure your plants arrive happy and healthy! Plants can have quite the journey to your home or office. All our plants have a layer of spanish most pressed onto the surface of the soil to aid with soil and water retention during the shipping process. Most customers love the way this looks and choose to keep the spanish moss layer, however, if you prefer, you can remove and discard the moss upon unpackaging your plant.

Do you offer any other plants not listed on your website?

We have curated a selection of plants to offer that are known to be the hardiest and easiest to care for so that plant lovers from novice to expert level can enjoy them with minimal care for years to come. While we recommend selecting from our existing options for those reasons, we know that sometimes a project may call for something extra special! If you have a specfic plant in mind or would like us to suggest some unlisted alternatives, please feel free to reach out with your requests to support@deskplants.com. Please provide as much information about your PO as possible in your inquiry including the following info and we will be happy to source something custom:
